Bridgeman Foods was founded in 1988 and based out of Louisville, KY.  Manna Inc. operates 249 Wendy’s restaurants, 124 Chili’s Grill and Bar restaurants, 19 Fazoli’s restuarants, 13 Golden Corral Buffet and Grill restaurants, 10 Perkin’s Restaurant and Bakery restaurants, 9 Mark’s Feed Store restaurants, Blaze Pizza, Nappa River Grill and The Layover Bar.

IBC Engineering has been working with Bridgeman Foods and their franchise operations, including Blaze Pizza, Chili’s and Wendy’s restaurants, for over a decade.  Our work with Chili’s includes MEP Engineering Design and Building Commissioning services for new construction stand-alone restaurants of approximately 6,000 square feet.
