• Work with the owner/architect to establish building objectives.
• Create Design Intent document, an abbreviated design specification that outlines specific performance expectations.
• Review final construction documents by design-build contractor to ensure all systems meet the established objectives.
• Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with Design Intent.
• Perform Site Visits to ensure all equipment is installed properly.
