The Dwight and Dian Diercks Computational Science Hall is a new facility at the Milwaukee School of Engineering made possible with funds from MSOE graduate Dwight and his wife Dian’s donation of $34 million to fund the building.  The new four story building of approximately 68,000 square feet that included a basement parking garage.  The focus of the new facility included artificial intelligence (AI) , deep learning, cyber security, robotics, cloud computing and other next generation technologies.  The build consisted of data labs, classrooms, super-computer/data center, common spaces and a 250-seat auditorium.  IBC Engineering Services designed the new steam service to the building and all plumbing systems for the new building.
