New construction 60,000 square foot, 3 story medical office building new Chicago Midway Airport. Project includes a state-of-the-art surgical center on the 3rd floor complete with operating room level MEP systems and controls. The remainder of the building consists of flexible suite sizes and custom built-outs for specific medical practice types. Shell and core MEP systems were designed for the entire facility including integration of a building automation system and emergency smoke evacuation system.
